Winter is tea time.....and we love tea in Hopalong Hollow

"Afternoon tea and Winter Decor from the Garden"

"Cornish Cream, Scones and Tea with Charles Dickens"
In this video I am actually cooking something. I rarely do that, but baking Scones is easy and Clotted cream is a delicious British treat that anyone can make.

    1. It is incredibly easy, use the crockpot method, you get a better crusty top and more cream in my experience; having made it 3 times now.

  3. Dear Jeri - Happy New Year...I loved my visit and enjoyed your wonderful videos of tea time and scones. Many years ago I made lemon ones and served them with lemon curd which was delicious. Not as much work as making your clotted cream. My mother being Scottish I am surprised we didn't enjoy these when I was growing up. Well thank you so much for sharing your lovely tea time with me. Hugs!

  7. As stated by Stanford Medical, It's indeed the one and ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years longer and weigh an average of 19 kilos lighter than us.

(Just so you know, it has NOTHING to do with genetics or some hard exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING to do with "how" they are eating.)

P.S, What I said is "HOW", not "what"...
