These days as the garden takes over my life. I'm almost relieved when the weather becomes too darn hot to work in the dirt.
This year I had great success with Canterbury bells from the seedlings I planted the previous year. I'm not sure if any of my blogging friends ever met Ramona, the good goose. She was given to me by a passer-by who had too many geese on her farm. She is a real beauty!
We rarely do art shows anymore, after 30 years of traveling around setting up booths and checking into hotels, leaving the farm unattended; we were tired of it all. I do nearly all my business online now, with monthly "ART" shows on youtube featuring my latest work. My last batch of birds went out in May.
Greetings dear friend!
ReplyDeleteI spent this morning wandering around your beautiful gardens with you on youtube. I love the sweet sounds of all the creatures that inhabit there, and I can almost smell the beautiful flowers.
Your sweet peas here. That was my Mother's favorite flower, and she would always have an abundance of them.
Your felted birdies!! Oh my, they are wonderful, and I must say that Dominicus Whit is such a dapper fellow! Your skills are truly amazing.
So good to see you here.
Love and blessings
