3000 books arrive, 2 days early! 3 Winners for a First Edition Copy...

Hurrah! Hurrah! I am thrilled to bits, our 3000 books arrived 2 days ahead of schedule.

We loaded the warehouse with all but 20 boxes, which we brought home.

,

My shipping envelopes had been pre-addressed as orders have come in.
Mamseys were everywhere.. just waiting for a signature, a message, a re-marque and a card.
I had to practice a quick sketch of a bear, as that is the re-marque I am using in this book... that, and a little mouse.
Ready, set, sign.... over 2oo books... one by one.
.

In the comfort of my home, with strong coffee and clean eyeglasses I signed books for over 12 hours.
We slipped books into their proper envelopes and James taped each one closed.
He made several trips back and forth from the post office.
I have about a dozen more envelopes to fill and then I am finished. I am getting writers cramp, but in this case, that's a good thing!
Books are on their way to little and big readers across this and four other countries. Thank you my friends for your purchases. I hope you will love your Books! Please email me to let me know when you have received your packages, we want to be sure you get yours.
( I really feel for sorry for our little, local post office, there are only 2 workers and they are already swamped for Christmas.)
BUT.... I am so happy that those who pre-ordered may actually get their books by the Holidays after all, joyful!
For the drawing of a signed book, I used my old lotto set and James picked the numbers out of the box.
The winners in the Book drawing, out of 48 names are as follows:
  Lorraine, Flower Lady!
 Irina of Palamosea!
 and Crystal  Cresswell!
Congrats Ladies, send me your shipping address via e-mail, and I will pack up YOUR book!

  6. How exciting getting all of your books! I can feel it all the way down here.

I've got Christmas music playing, it's 6:18 a.m. and I'm sipping on my first cup of coffee for the day as I read friends' blog posts. Imagine my surprise and instant joy when I read my name as one of your winners. I am blessed this Christmas season. I am so looking forward to this book as I'm a needle worker too like dear Mamsy.

You are such an inspiration to me dear Jeri, to keep doing what I love, in spite of my loss. It is something Mark would want me to do. My heart is being healed by God and His strength flows through me, and His love fills my being with Peace.

Love and hugs to you and James ~ FlowerLady

  17. Dear Cousin Jeri,

"Mamsey Bear and Mopkin" is fantastic!!! How we love the story of the Mama Bear and her little daughter! I had the same trouble with Sarah as Mamsey did with Mopkin, (of course she never had to go into hibernation) but she never wanted to take a nap! We love Mamsey's solution to Mopkin's hibernation dilemma! The illustrations are beautiful!!! Wonderful book, Cousin!

Congratulations to the winners of this giveaway!

    Your cousins,
Diane and daughter Sarah, and the Dolls and Tillie Tinkham the seamstress mouse at Corgyncombe
